Digital Cutfiles:

Once your purchase is complete a link is provided for you to download the files in the shop in PNG, JPEG and SVG formats to use in your cutting machine. For Cricut I recommend SVG and for Silhouette users I recommend PNG or JPEG.

Pre-cut Cutfiles:

All cutfiles are cut from premium white textured cardstock and are sent in reusable grip seal bags. 

Dispatch:

We aim to process pre-cut cutfile orders within two working days, however at busy times this may not always be possible.

Shipping:

Orders will be sent via royal mail first class, in a 12×12 pizza box.

Priority shipping is available, using the royal mail 24 service. This is a priority service and we will dispatch as soon as possible.

Shipping Areas:

Overseas orders are welcome, and we currently ship to: Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
